How Tap4Contact works

1. Choose a starting template

Start blank or select a business type. The template supplies an appropriate theme and suggested calls to action, all of which can be changed.

2. Add only what customers need

Enter your name, business, phone, email, website, address, description, primary action, and up to five useful links. Short, direct links produce easier-to-scan QR codes.

3. Preview and finalize

Preview the hub before finalizing it. Tap4Contact checks the encoded size and warns when the finished QR code may become difficult to scan.

4. Share the hub

Copy the final link or download the QR code as a PNG or SVG. Always test the exact printed size and material with several phones before ordering a large print run.

5. Save or install it

A recipient can download your vCard or optionally add the hub to their Home Screen. After the hub has been opened online and its shared app shell is cached, it can reopen with limited offline access. External websites, remote images, calls, email, and linked resources still require the appropriate connection or service.

6. Back up your current project

The free builder keeps one working draft in this browser on this device. Use Save Current Backup if you want to restore that project later. Searchable client management is available in Tap4Contact Studio.
